Stir together all ingredients except for the honey and garnish in a pitcher. Cover and infuse for two days. Strain Shake your cocktail with some ice in a shaker, and serve it up in a glass with ice, garnished with dried fruit and dusting of ground cinnamon. Or Heat on the stove until hot, but not boiling, and serve with the same garnish.

  • INGREDIENTS: 1L (100 Cl) fruity/sweet red wine or Agiorgitiko 300ml Metaxa 1 Cinnamon stick, slightly crushed 5-6 Cloves, slightly crushed 4 Cardamom pods, slightly crushed 1 pinch Grated nutmeg Zest from 1 orange, in pieces Zest from 1 large lemon, in pieces, Zest from 2-3 mandarin oranges 5 tbsp Honey Dried fruit & grated cinnamon, for garnish
