Strawberry simple syrup: Heat sugar and water in a small sauce pan on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add in strawberries and bring to a soft simmer. Strain the syrup from the strawberries into a jar and chill. In a blender, combine rose wine, frozen peaches, limoncello and strawberry simple syrup. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with peach slices and mint sprigs.

  • INGREDIENTS: 75ml bottle of Rose wine 1 cup granulated sugar (for strawberry simple syrup) 1 cup water (for strawberry simple syrup) 2 cups strawberries (for strawberry simple syrup) 2 cups of frozen peach slices 1/2 cup limoncello Fresh peach slices Fresh mint sprigs
