2019 was a cool year for reds in Margaret River and once again the young and old blocks of Cabernet were hand harvested, and blended with a small parcel of north Margaret River Merlot. The resulting wine has great intensity of dark berry fruits with oak derived complexity. COLOUR: Deep cherry red rim to core. NOSE: Blackcurrants and cassis upfront on the nose classically defines this Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon PALATE: Dry medium bodied, great fruit intensity of ripe currants, dark berry fruits supported y subtle vanilla and toast. CELLARING: Drink over next 10 years.
